The best thing about a company is the customer service I look at that before I look at the product or service and all I want to say is ENCORE! If I had flyers or business cards of this company I would go and share with everyone in my subdivision. Carpet in the room hallway and stairs were better than I could imagine. Called Clean USA early morning and got thru right away. We had a basement leak and they came out same day, assessed our situation and offered a great price. We accepted and they started right away. Jim and Justin were very professional and polite. Extremely happy with the job they did. Definitely recommend!

I had water damage after my laundry room flooded, which caused mold to form. They started working on the issue an hour after I hired them and the remediation was complete three days later! What an outstanding job!! Meti worked his butt off getting this done for me quickly, and Justin was a big help, too. The cost was much cheaper than I expected and I was so happy with the outcome.
